Last weekend Emery climbed into bed with Audrey early on Saturday morning and they giggled for an hour in there - so tickled at having a “slumber party”. This week, for 4 straight days, Emery kept coming into Audrey’s room as she was getting dressed and ask, “Audrey, can I come sleep with you?” And Audrey would sadly tell her, “Today is a school day, I have to get ready.”
Tonight is Friday night so I suggested they have a real slumber party. We put the twinkle nightlights on, put the lavender mist on next to them, and tucked them in together. Be still my heart! I love them so.
